Payment Terms
To secure a place on any of my workshops, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

Confirmation of your workshop place will be made by e-mail in which PayPal details for payment will be given. You can pay for a workshop through PayPal or send a cheque and completed booking form.

Vouchers can be used for any of my workshops and purchased through me via PayPal or by cheque. If wishing to send a cheque for a voucher please complete a booking form and specify ‘Voucher’, stating which workshop you wish to purchase the voucher for in the appropriate box.

Cancellation of booking by participants
If you have to cancel your booking, please contact me as soon as possible by phone or e-mail. If you cancel your booking more than two weeks before the workshop start date you have the option to transfer it to another one of my workshops, if there are places available, otherwise a 50% refund will be given. If you cancel your booking less than two weeks before the workshop start date, fees will not be refunded and may not be transferable.

Unforeseen circumstances
If I need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances I will give as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or option to transfer to another workshop. I will not be liable for any consequential costs such as travel or accommodation.

Materials & equipment
All material costs are included in my workshops as well as tea/coffee and biscuits, unless otherwise stated. Please bring a packed lunch unless the workshop states that lunch is provided. Secateurs are available but if you wish to bring your own to use you are more than welcome. Please wear an old jumper or tee shirt.
